1. Notice that if you move your existing sound system from your old car (with a trunk) to your new wagon, that you lose most of the usefulness of the wagon as the back would now be filled with amps and subwoofers.

2. Find out that Subaru makes an add-on powered subwoofer for the factory stereo that mounts under the passenger seat. Figure out that this would work wonderfully as you’re not using the under the passenger seat space for anything.

3. Track down said OEM subwoofer unit and purchase.

4. Go to install said subwoofer unit and notice that there is already one installed in your car.

5. Doh.
